We just wanted to give Buds a shout out for getting us back camping extremely quick. We purchased our Cruiser Radiance 25BH new from Buds in Sept. of 2021. We've had zero issues with the quality of the unit until recently when a mfg. issue arose. Cruiser had pinched the 50 amp power supply between the floor and trailer frame while building the unit. It took several trips down the road for the cable to wear through and eventually ground out on the trailer frame. Buds stepped up and fixed it within two weeks of us dropping it off, this got us back to camping in no time. Folks this is why you buy local and support local businesses. Thank you Buds RV for providing excellent service. I might mention they did all this on there dime because the warranty process hadn't even been started. Sure they'll be reimbursed but the approach they took sped up the process. KUDOS
